Lucy is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution team.
Lucy joined MBM Commercial as a Trainee Solicitor in August 2019. She earned her law degree and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Glasgow in 2017-18, as well as a degree in English Literature in 2012.
Lucy deals with a broad range of commercial disputes; including professional negligence, breach of contract; banking and financial disputes and insolvency matters. Lucy regularly appears in the Sheriff Courts and instructs counsel in the Court of Session. She also has experience of Alternative Dispute Resolution, particularly mediation.
