Jacqueline is dual-qualified as a Scottish Solicitor and a German Lawyer.

Jacqueline joined the firm in 2023 as an associate in the IPDC team. She advises businesses in legal matters related to intellectual property, commercial contracts, and data protection. With a focus on a user-friendly and accessible approach, she helps businesses navigate everyday challenges and complex legal matters in these areas.

Prior to joining MBM Commercial, Jacqueline qualified as a lawyer in Germany. In Germany, she trained at an international law firm and in the in-house legal department of a national daily newspaper. During her traineeship, she worked on intellectual property disputes and transactions, as well as competition law and media law disputes. An additional seat of her traineeship included a civil law department of a German District Court, where Jacqueline drafted court decisions in contract law and law of delict.

Jacqueline studied law at the University of Mainz (Germany) and received her LLM in Intellectual Property and the Digital Economy from the University of Glasgow. After being admitted to the German Bar, she re-qualified as a Scottish Solicitor.
