Nicholas Oprescu-Havriliuc

Nicholas joined the Corporate Team in Edinburgh in 2023.

Nicholas received a First Class Honours with Distinction in Spoken French in his LLB Law and French degree from the University of Edinburgh and was also awarded the Joelle Godard Prize - which is awarded annually to the student with the best overall performance graduating with joint honours Law and French. He also received a First in his employment law dissertation on the implications of Artificial Intelligence and Algorithms in the modern workplace. His paper was submitted to the Social Science Research Network (SSRN) where it was ranked Top Ten in various subject areas. Throughout his studies, Nicholas was an elected student body representative in the Law Students’ Council and the PgDip Diploma Programme Representative.
