Ryan Lewis

Ryan is a Tax Consultant and specialises in the implementation and structuring of various tax-advantaged and tax-efficient share schemes for employees including EMI, CSOP, LTIPS and growth shares. Ryan also has experience advising on Employment-related Securities issues, SEIS and EIS investments, as well as R&D tax relief.

Ryan is CTA qualified, holds the EIS Diploma and has worked in this area for the last four years. Ryan is an active member of the Enterprise Investment Scheme Association’s (EISA) Green Shoots network where he regularly attends events.

Personal Biography

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys road cycling, running, golf and also plays football for his local team.
