The MBM team had previously assisted us with various investment rounds and other matters, and so we were keen to work with them in relation to our recent banking transaction with a new lender. The MBM team were great at explaining the various elements of the documentation to us, and we felt supported at each stage of the transaction. There were various elements, numerous documents and parties, but we felt that the MBM team managed the various complexities in an efficient and responsive manner, and kept us up to date on the status at each stage. Both Michael Arnott and Eleanor Murphy displayed a clear understanding of the transaction and our needs as a business throughout and we would be keen to work with MBM again in the future.

We have been working with MBM’s Holistic HR team for the last 4-5 years. They have provided us with invaluable HR support as we have grown and the service has been excellent. We are a small business, so it makes little sense to employ a full-time specialist HR Advisor, which means having the ability to call on their services only when needed has been brilliant.

It is very hard not to sound cliched, but at MBM I have found very approachable individuals, true to their status as people in whom one can place one's trust. They talk to you not down to you and no matter what, from senior partners down, if you can't speak immediately on the phone, they get back to you very quickly. The fact that direct dial numbers are available in their official material says it all. MBM deserve great success as they do deliver a truly five star service .

I liked the tailored/bespoke legal help I got from MBM and the way it grew along with my business. At the start, when money was tight, I could call MBM and get a fixed cost for a particular service (such as an NDA or license agreement). Some of the other companies that I approached would try to sell me the whole belt and braces from the start.

I have found the working relationship with Holistic HR to be invaluable, Hannah and the team are very knowledgeable, personable and provide practical advice in every situation. Hannah understands the nature of our business and will always tailor the advice she provides accordingly. In my experience, Hannah will always consider both the legal aspects as well as what is most practical for the business and that approach for a small business is very important. The resources available on the Holistic HR web portal are extensive and informative with plenty of templates and guidance to refer to. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending that businesses engage with Hannah and the team on all employment related matters.
