Halloween Event To Help Startups Get Started

Posted on Sep 20, 2012 by Andy Harris  | 0 Comments

This blogger is delighted to announce that  the Tech Law for Startups meetup event is ‘starting up’ again following a very successful first series of events.

The next meetup  will take place on the 31st October.  Reflecting the Halloween date the event will look at how start-ups can avoid being haunted by costly early mistakes and having nasty corporate and intellectual property skeletons in the closet.

These events are intended to be an informative but light-hearted look at issues that are relevant to start ups.  As well as some short talks there will also be plenty of opportunity to network, discuss and share ideas. Oh and there will also be beer and pizza!

The aim of the group is to provide an open forum for people to come along to share their knowledge and experiences, and to build a network of people who can learn and support each other in dealing with their business issues and growing their businesses.

Groups like these are important to the start-up community and to the wider economy in general, especially in these challenging times.   More information on this event can be found at this link.
