As many of you know, Holistic HR is MBM’s comprehensive HR and employment law advice package, designed for small employers with fewer than 50 members of staff. Employers sign up to this service and pay a competitive annual fee (dependant on how many employees they have), which may be paid monthly in instalments. Holistic HR clients receive comprehensive employment law advice over the course of the year, an employment contract review, access to our online portal of template policies, amongst other great benefits. We regularly host events allowing our like-minded clients to meet and gain insight into some topical HR issues, such as employee wellbeing and the employment aspects of GDPR.
In light of Holistic HR’s success and in response to client need, we have decided to expand the model and are now delighted to introduce Holistic HR Plus and Holistic In-house!
Holistic HR Plus
Holistic HR plus is intended to follow the same model as Holistic HR but is specifically targeted at companies which have 50 members of staff or more. Holistic HR plus is best suited to larger companies which may have their own HR manager, or member of staff who deals with HR and people management. As part of this service we can be on hand to provide that extra assistance and reassurance when required. This can be legal advice for complex HR/employment law situations, acting as a sounding board when you’re making significant strategic HR decisions (e.g. restructures or changing terms of employment) or just another pair of hands to help with Staff Handbooks or contracts. We can provide specific advice on issues such as such as senior executive exits, TUPE transfers, employment status and collective redundancy. We may be the extra expertise and support your company needs!
Holistic HR In-House
Holistic HR In-House provides hands-on and face-to-face HR support and advice when you want someone present in your organisation to help with a particular employment situation. Whether you require assistance structuring a performance/disciplinary meeting, conducting a grievance investigation, or implementing a specific HR project, our CIPD qualified HR consultants can be there, onsite, to assist. We ensure that good HR practice and compliance are at the heart of your organisation, and that your managers are empowered to make people decisions that are pragmatic, commercial and legally sound. Holistic HR In-House can be used by organisations of any size in any sector. The service provides hands-on assistance to growing companies where managers perform multiple functions including HR and added support and reassurance for larger companies who already have HR resource in place.
