All employers need fit-for-purpose contracts and policies to employ staff.

You can download our standard employment contract template for free below, and then tailor it to your needs. You can also download, again for free, a grievance policy, disciplinary policy, and employee induction checklist.  At MBM we recognise that these are some of the really key documents that any employer will need to take on staff.  The attached templates have user-friendly drafting notes that aid and simplify the process of setting up your employment documents.
