MBM Commercial recently advised History Hit, an award-winning media network, on its sale to All3Media’s digital arm, Little Dot Studios.
Built to success by Dan Snow and Justin Gayner in just a few years, History Hit provides lovers of the past with access to content including history documentaries, podcasts and quizzes through a subscription-based service. Little Dot Studios’ parent, All3Media, is a group of 28 companies producing some of TVs biggest hits, including Fleabag, Hollyoaks and Call the Midwife. Little Dot Studios helps broadcasters grow content on multiple online platforms.
“MBM helped guide us through a complicated process with ease, particularly through the legal quirks of signing electronically,” said Justin Gayner. “The team was always contactable and went above and beyond to complete the deal.”
Michael Arnott and Caroline Urban from MBM’s London office led the deal for MBM Commercial.
Based in Edinburgh and London, MBM Commercial provides a full range of commercial legal services to its clients, including corporate, corporate finance, intellectual property, commercial contracts, commercial property, restructuring, insolvency, dispute resolution, employment and company administration.
