MBM Commercial maintains high listings in Legal 500 and Chambers 2018 rankings

The Corporate Group are listed in Band 4 for Corporate and Commercial: Edinburgh and Glasgow in Legal 500.

Practice head Cat MacLean is 'a force to be reckoned with', particularly when bringing and defending claims against banks and other financial institutions on behalf of individual entrepreneurs and SMEs. Cases in this area involve a wide range of issues, such as negligent misrepresentations, and breaches of contracts and personal guarantees.
