Alexander joined the Corporate Team in London in 2023. Alexander graduated from The University of Strathclyde with a First Class Hons in Scots and English Law LLB and has received a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice. During his time at university, Alexander was Vice Club Captain of Strathclyde University Hockey Club and a member of the Trading and Portfolio Management Society. Alexander’s undergraduate dissertation has been published in the Journal of Water Law.
Personal Biography
In his spare time, Alexander enjoys going to the gym, reading, and attempting to score on the 5-a-side pitch. He also plays basketball, although his chances of dunking are statistically similar to winning the lottery.
Legal Experience
- - Advising on a share purchase worth €1.5 million in a multinational modelling agency.
- - Assisting with a $2.5 million investment round in a company offering customers and brands immersive and digital experiences in the fashion industry.
- - Assisting various clients on multiple acquisitions (both asset and share sales and purchases).
