Alison Scott joined MBM Commercial In November 2022 and heads up the firm's commercial property team

Alison is a commercial property solicitor with nearly 20 years experience specialising in advising property investors, lenders, developers and corporate occupiers.

Alison's experience includes complex site assembly, acquisitions, sales, leases, property management and providing advice on the Scottish real estate aspects of cross-border property finance and corporate deals. Alison has significant experience acting for both landlords and tenants, largely in the retail, industrial and life science sectors.

Alison's has acted for a wide variety of clients including large institutional lenders, a major Scottish bank, an award-winning UK property developer/investor and high street retail occupiers.

With the increasing import of SESG matters on property deals and sustainability is now shaping investment, development and end user demand, Alison is particularly interested in advising clients on property related SESG matters as we work towards providing cleaner and more efficient building solutions.
