Charlotte Lang

Charlotte joined the firm in 2023 as an associate in MBM’s London Corporate Team.

Charlotte studied at Sussex University where she completed her undergraduate law degree. She qualified as a solicitor in 2020 and has since gained experience advising a range of clients from start-ups, founders, investors ,multi-international clients to venture capital funds. She has worked on various matters including M&A transactions, investment rounds from seed investments to Series A investments and assists regularly with general day to day corporate governance matters.
