Katie McFadden

Katie originally joined us in November 2021 as an Associate in the Corporate team, based in our London office. She left for a brief spell to act as Associate General Counsel for a software firm before returning to MBM in November 2023.

Katie joined MBM from an international American law firm where she practiced corporate law with a focus on private equity transactions and M&A. As a newly qualified associate, Katie spent time on secondment in-house with a high profile client in London. She has experience advising private and public companies across a broad range of sectors on corporate and commercial matters including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and fund raisings.
