Kirsty Waughman

Kirsty joined MBM Commercial in 2022 after four years at Thorntons Law, primarily spent in their commercial litigation department.

Kirsty has been involved in a number of high value, complex matters including multi-jurisdictional Arbitration and Commercial actions pursuing six-figure damages. She also has experience appearing in Sheriff Courts across Scotland as well as at the First Tier Tribunal – Housing and Property Chamber and the SSSC. She has acted in general debt recovery work for companies and individuals, as well as dealing with corporate restructuring disputes.

Personal Biography 

Outside of the office, Kirsty is a fair-weather paddleboarder and dog enthusiast.
