Mark joined us in September 2021 as an Associate in the Corporate team.
Prior to joining MBM, Mark graduated from Dundee University with a dual Scots and English law degree and completed his traineeship at Anderson Strathern, where he worked in the Corporate, Commercial Property and Commercial Litigation departments.
Mark deals with acquisitions and disposals, equity investments, spin-out and start-up advice, shareholder agreements, corporate restructuring and investment funds as well as provides the full range of corporate advice to high growth businesses and investors.
