Molly Duncan

Molly joined us in September 2022 as an Associate in the Corporate team, based in our Edinburgh office.

Molly regularly advises on venture capital and angel investment into early-stage companies as well as advising on the negotiation of University spin-outs and start-ups. Additionally, Molly also advises on employee share incentive schemes including EMI and unapproved options and growth shares.

Molly completed her joint honours Scots law and French degree and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Edinburgh. Molly received a Distinction in spoken French as part of her degree classification and spent a year studying French Law in Paris whilst on exchange in her 3rd year. Molly completed her Traineeship with Lindsays LLP, spending two years working across their Rural Property, Private Client and Corporate and Technology teams and was admitted as a Notary Public at the end of her first year of training.
