Nicola’s primary focus is on Business Immigration, where she collaborates with her clients to offer a personalised, flexible, responsive and commercial service, which allows her to partner with her clients as an extension of their team. She can also offer value-add services such as on-site support, tailored training and general immigration advice.
Nicola has extensive experience in Tier 2, including providing strategic advice with the Resident Labour Market Test, reviewing adverts, taking screenshots, advising on salary bands and market rates, advising on the intricate Sponsor Licence process, preparation of the Sponsor Licence Application, advising on hiring the right talent and hand holding the applicant through their visa application process.
Nicola can assist with the Restricted Certificate of Sponsorship process, and acts as a Level 1 User and Representative for many of her clients, managing their Sponsor Licences for them.
As well as her Business Immigration expertise, Nicola also advises on EEA applications, Spousal Visas, Tier 1 Exceptional Talent, Sole Representative and Tier 1 Investor visas. She is also experienced in Settlement and Citizenship applications and has successfully challenged the Immigration Rules when needed. Nicola also advises clients on the future of their European workforce in relation to Brexit.
Clients value her ability to explain the law clearly and to find practical, commercial solutions to complex immigration problems when time is of the essence.
Nicola enjoys exploring Richmond and Bushy Parks with her husband and family, travelling, and supporting the Springbok Rugby team. Nicola sits on the Governing Board of a local Catholic Primary School where she chairs the Pay and Personnel Committee.
