She can also offer value-add services such as on-site support, tailored training and general immigration advice.
Nicola has extensive experience in the Sponsorship process, particularly Skilled Worker including advising on salary bands and market rates, advising on the intricate Sponsor Licence Application process, preparation of the Sponsor Licence Application, advising on hiring the right talent and hand holding the applicant through their visa application process from start to finish. Nicola also advises on the compliance requirements for licenced sponsors and can provide tailored training to HR and mobility teams.
Nicola can assist with the Defined Certificate of Sponsorship process and acts as a Level 1 User and Representative for many of her clients, managing their Sponsor Licences for them.
Clients value her ability to explain the law clearly and to find practical, commercial solutions to complex immigration problems when time is of the essence.
