Qasim Ali

Qasim is an Associate who joined MBM's Corporate team in September 2023.

Qasim joined the firm from Lindsays where he spent two years in the Corporate team assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, venture capital/early stage equity investments, corporate reorganisations and restructurings.

Qasim trained at Wright, Johnston ∓ Mackenzie and also worked at Pinsent Masons prior to and after his traineeship. Qasim graduated with an honours degree in Scots Law from the University of Dundee and completed his Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Strathclyde.
