Sarah Moffat

Sarah is a Tax Consultant specialising in advising companies, angel syndicates and private investors on SEIS and EIS investments. Sarah also has experience in the implementation and structuring of various tax-advantaged and tax-efficient share schemes for employees and advising on Employment-related Securities issues.

Sarah is CTA qualified, holds the EIS Diploma and has worked in this area for the last five and a half years. Sarah is a member of the Enterprise Investment Scheme Association’s (EISA) Green Shoots network, regularly attending events.

Personal Biography

Outside of the office Sarah enjoys walks in the countryside with her family and binge watching true crime documentaries.
